Thank you for purchasing pay dirt. All pay dirt is hand-dug, hand- packed, and contains natural material straight from our fug sites.
Because of the nature of this product, please read our return and refund policy:
Policy
There is a guaranteed weight of gold in every bag, we recommend panning into a container so you do not loose and gold from human error.
No Returns on Pay Dirt
Due to the type of product we sell, we do not accept returns on pay dirt once the bag has been opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect- please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate the issue and may offer :
Replacement items
Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us.
We will open an enquiry with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue.
Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case to case basis.
Change of mind
We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind after an order has been placed.
